Another Angle of Cappadocia: Traditional Villages & Soganli Valley Tour 

You will picked up from your hotel at around 09:00 AM and start your full day Cappadocia tour. Your first stop will be the Mustafapasa (Sinasos) Old Greek Village which housed both Turkish and Greek people until the population exchange in 1924. You will see some old Greek houses, an Ottoman madrasah and an 18th century church. Then a short drive will take you to Cemil Village which is a very small and typical Turkish village where you will have chance to see the real life of the Cappadocians. Next is the famous Keslik Monastery that hides it’s frescoes behind a very thin smoke layer which we can only see by torch light. After a very local lunch you will visit the Soganli Valley which is one of the most secluded and tranquil valleys in Cappadocia. You will hike along one side of the valley, visiting some cave churches and return along the other side of the valley to the old village. Continue with Taskinpasa Village which is famous for it's Medrese (Islamic High School) and many other buildings. You will end the day with a visit to the Sobessos Excavation Site where you will see the Roman bath, tombs, temple and beautiful mosaics already unearthed. This is the only ancient city that is inherited from Romans in Cappadocia. At the end of a spectacular day’s sightseeing you will be dropped off your hotel at around 17:00 PM.

• Personal Expenses: Every type of expenses of a purely personal nature like drinks during the lunch or entire tour, gift and souvenirs, extra food or snacks, optional activities and everything which is not listed in the inclusions section.
• Gratuities to Guide and Driver: We pay the guides and drivers a good and reasonable salary. However, we realize that some people might like to tip guides or drivers for their outstanding service. The amount of your tip is based on the satisfaction you have received from the guides and drivers. Of course, you can choose not to pay on different occasions.
